The hotel facilities were great, including the spacious and warm room with luxurious amenities. The staff was friendly and spoke English which made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had delicious local options that fueled me up for the day.

The spa facilities at this resort were a real highlight during our romantic stay. the onsen was peaceful and serene, surrounded by the most beautiful forest. We also enjoyed the excellent food served at dinner and breakfast, with a delicious variety of dishes to choose from. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

We felt that the location was a bit remote and difficult to access without a car. This made it challenging for us to explore the surrounding area and activities on offer.

The natural and peaceful location of this hotel provides a beautiful backdrop for a romantic escape. We enjoyed the stunning scenery of snow-capped mountains and occasional wild animals. The warm hospitality of the staff was exceptional, and the room was spacious and warm, with a comfortable bed. We took advantage of the Japanese style buffet breakfast which included the local miso mixed with rice, fueling us up for a day of exploring.

Its limited entertainment options. While the outdoor onsen pool was a nice touch, it was suboptimal water temperature.
